Rules of Booking

Noise and Consideration

Residents must be mindful that the Spinney is within a residential setting:

Keep noise to a reasonable level at all times

• No amplified music without prior consent (if you want to include this)

• Extra care should be taken during evening bookings

• Barbecues are not permitted within the Spinney

• Smoking is not permitted within the Spinney

Cleaning & Condition

The area must be left clean, tidy, and in the same condition as found:

• All rubbish must be removed or disposed of properly

• Any furniture (if applicable) returned to its original position

Failure to do so may result in future booking restrictions.

Damage & Responsibility

The booking resident is responsible for:

• Any damage caused during their booking

• The behaviour of their guests

Costs for repairs or additional cleaning may be recharged where necessary
